Regional Sales Representative
The Company:

The company has achieved triple digit growth annually and will generate revenues of $15MM in 2009. This fun, energetic and youthful company employs 85 people, is profitable and privately held. Over the next five years, Revolution Prep intends to dramatically accelerate growth while maintaining the quality of its products, the excitement of its people and its commitment to social change.
The Opportunity
Joining Revolution Prep as a Regional Sales Representative you will have responsibility for a million dollar region where you will maintain existing accounts as well as build new relationships to drive additional revenue generating business. A successful Regional Sales Rep gives dynamic presentations to school administrators and college counselors, coordinates direct mailings and organizes other promotional activities that sell our programs.
The Candidate
Ideal candidates are graduates from top universities who are entrepreneurial leaders with the motivation to set and achieve high revenue targets and grow their region to the next level.
Bachelor’s Degree required
1 to 3 years of outside sales experience with documented success
Experience in the field of Education preferred
Full access to a vehicle with the ability to travel throughout the region
Self motivated, outgoing initiator, enjoys working hard and achieving results
Strong organization, communication, listening and problem solving skills
Salary and Benefits
Total compensation package: $50K-$80k which includes base Salary, Bonus and an Employee options plan. In addition: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits and 401k with Company matching.
